Where does the event take place?
Electra Mining Africa takes place at JHB Expo Centre, Nasrec.
What are the dates for the show?
Electra Mining Africa will take place from 7 – 11 September 2026.
What are the opening times?
The show runs 9:00 – 17:00 daily.
Is there a cost to visit?
No, its free to attend if you preregister.
How can I register to attend?
Registration will open closer to the event.
Can I attend multiple days?
Yes, you can attend multiple days. Keep your visitor badge so that you can get entry.
Who will be exhibiting?

Can children attend?
The age guidance for Electra Mining Africa is 18+. If you need to bring a child with you, you will be required to complete an indemnity form. Children must have a guardian accompanying them at all times. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed at Electra Mining Africa after hours.
Are dogs/animals allowed?
Only service animals are allowed into the venue.
Is there disabled access?
JHB Expo Centre is fully accessible. Wheelchairs, walkers, canes and crutches are allowed and accommodated. Please note that we don’t supply a push service for attendees. If you need mobility assistance or special entry, please contact natasha.heiberg@montgomerygroup.com.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking available at R20 per car. This is payable either online or at the parking.
Is food and drink available?
Yes, there are multiple food and drink options available. A full list of options will be provided closer to the show.
Is there wifi?
Details will be shared closer to the event.
Are there ATM’s?
Yes, there will be ATM’s. Details will be confirmed closer to the event.
Is there first aid support?
During event hours, medics are stationed at the First Aid and EMT office. Ask at the Organisers office for more information.
Is there a quiet room?
To help you step away, we have a Quiet Room, a space dedicated to disconnecting. This space is aimed to be low sensory and away from it all. The room will be confirmed closer to the show.
Is there a prayer room?
If you require a quiet peaceful space for prayer or meditation, you can find a prayer room on site. The location will be confirmed closer to the event.
I’ve lost something, is there a lost and found?
If you’ve lost (or found) something, Lost & Found is located at the Organisers office. Items can be turned into the Organisers office.
Will printed materials be provided?
Yes, a limited number of printed materials such as maps and agendas will be available for attendees. You will be able to pick these up from the registration areas.
I have special dietary requirements, what are my options?
Dietary requirements including vegetarian and vegan will be accounted for during menu selection. Certified halaal meals are also available for purchase. While, we don’t allow visitors to bring food on site, we will allow attendees to bring food with special requirements and prescription medicines.
