Mixtec’s journey began with Timothy Clamp and Bill Baguley, engineers and designers of industrial mixers, who united with a vision of excellence. Their mission was to enhance the efficiency of their customers’ plants through quality, well-engineered equipment. Quickly, Mixtec established a reputation for superior design and manufacturing.

In 1988, Mixtec expanded internationally with its first branch in England, followed by ventures into the Asia-Pacific region in 1997, setting up operations in Malaysia. Today, Mixtec has branches in Australia, New Zealand, North America, South America, and Europe.

Reflecting on their journey, Timothy Clamp remarks, “We knew we had to be different, flexible, and focused. Looking back over 40 years, it’s a proud realization that we have built a thriving enterprise.”

Clamp is most proud of Mixtec’s strong reputation and its role as a secure employer. “We take the growth of our employees’ careers very seriously,” he says. Over four decades, technological advances have propelled Mixtec forward, enabling them to deliver precise, scientifically driven solutions for diverse applications globally.

Looking ahead, Clamp expresses confidence in the next generation of leaders, particularly highlighting Jonathan Clamp’s focus on developing new products and services from Mixtec’s Australian branch in Perth.
