Bell Equipment, which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, will have three business units at Electra Mining. Bell Equipment South Africa is the company’s local dealer network with 22 branches across the country that supply and service the Bell product range and those of their global manufacturing partners, JCB, Finlay, and Kobelco. This provides Bell Equipment South Africa with a full range of material handling equipment that includes wheel loaders, haulers, excavators, graders, backhoe loaders, telehandlers, forklifts, rough terrain material handling equipment, compaction rollers, and a material processing line.

As a global OEM, Bell is an earthmoving equipment specialist and provider of aftermarket support. The OEM’s Bell Equipment Mining & Construction division, recognised as an ADT specialist with the largest and most advanced range in the world, will have on show at Electra Mining the new Bell G140 6×4 Motor Grader. This machine will go into production in 2025 and highlights the company’s passion for innovation and ability to deliver quality precision engineering solutions.

With Bell Equipment’s experience and reputation as a global manufacturer, the group’s newly formed Bell Heavy Industries (BHI) division is geared to offer expert contract manufacturing services in South Africa. The 45 000m² undercover manufacturing facility is well equipped with specialist machines while the latest technologies and innovations drive continuous improvement throughout the processes and assure the quality of end products.
